Wildlife Conservation: Saving Australia’s Rare Earless Dragons
People thought earless dragons were gone from Australia forever. For years no one could find them, and many feared the little lizards had vanished. The idea that a whole species might disappear made nature lovers and scientists very sad and worried.

Then Daisy and Kip changed the story. These two clever animals sniffed out thirteen earless dragons where people had not looked before. They were rewarded with treats and cuddles each time they helped, and their work made the discovery possible.
Finding the dragons brings new hope. Scientists can now study and protect them, and people can learn why their homes need saving. The story shows how teamwork between animals and humans can help nature. It is a reminder to look carefully and to care for the small, quiet lives around us.

Follow their journey and catch all the live nest action through Friends of Big Bear Valley’s livestream. Let’s cheer on Jackie and Shadow as they continue this season!
The Crown and the Collector: Why This Pageant Winner Knelt Before Her Mother
After winning a national beauty pageant, a young woman from Thailand touched hearts around the world with a simple but powerful act. Instead of celebrating only her victory, she returned home to honor her mother. Wearing her crown and sash, she knelt before her mother, who had raised her alone while working as a garbage collector.

For many years, her mother collected and recycled trash to earn money, making sacrifices so her daughter could study and chase her dreams. The moment of kneeling was not for show — in Thai culture, it is a deep sign of respect and gratitude toward parents.
Photos of the moment quickly went viral because they showed humility, love, and appreciation. The story reminded people that behind success are often unseen sacrifices. Her gesture showed that no achievement is greater than honoring those who supported you when life was hardest.
