Fastest Drone in the World। Peregreen V4 Hits 408 MPH
What if the fastest thing in the sky was not a jet but a drone
What if it was built by a father and son working side by side
“Luke and Mike Bell have reclaimed the Guinness World Record for the fastest quadcopter ever flown.”
The duo from South Africa stunned the global tech community after their custom built Peregreen V4 drone reached an incredible speed of 657 point 59 kilometers per hour or about 408 miles per hour. That result officially surpassed the previous record of 626 kilometers per hour which had only been set a month earlier showing just how intense the race for drone supremacy has become.

The record was verified by Guinness World Records using strict testing rules. The drone had to fly in two opposite directions so wind would not influence the final speed making the achievement purely about engineering and control.
“Every part of the Peregreen V4 was designed to fight air resistance.”
Using advanced 3D printing the Bells created a single piece aerodynamic body with a smooth exterior and no unnecessary edges. Smaller propellers reduced drag while upgraded motors and high output lithium batteries delivered the raw power needed to push limits. Digital modeling tools helped refine the shape until every curve worked with the air instead of against it.
Luke and Mike Bell did not just chase speed for fun. Their project shows how modern tools like 3D printing and simulation software allow small teams to compete at the highest levels of engineering.
“The Peregreen V4 now holds the title of the fastest quadcopter ever flown.”
As drone technology continues to evolve this record may not stand forever. But for now a father and son have proven that innovation teamwork and precision can literally rewrite the record books.
